Summary

The Seattle real estate market showed overall positive trends in December 2024 compared to December 2023. For single-family homes, most areas saw year-over-year price increases, with Southeast King County leading at +9%. The only decline was in Southwest King County, where prices dropped by 1%.

The condominium market also performed well, with all areas experiencing price growth except for Seattle, which saw a 6% decrease. North King County stood out with an impressive 49% jump, driven by increased sales volume.

When examining counties, Snohomish County led with an 11% price increase, while Kitsap County remained stable with less than a 1% decline.

Conclusion

In summary, most areas in the Seattle real estate market saw positive trends in December 2024, with single-family homes and condos showing notable growth. While a few regions experienced slight declines, the overall market remains strong.
